Two Super Slay Girlies Seeking Third Roommate for Fall 2025 Sublease!

Hello! We are seeking a female roommate for the fall 2025 semester. The apartment is a three bedroom two bathroom unit with a super slay purple kitchen and purple bathrooms, an in-unit washer/dryer and other super awesome things like air conditioning... (yay). With this listing you would be getting your own room (the bigger one, coincidentally- lucky you), your own bathroom, and the most massive walk-in closet like it is not even funny. The one drawback is it isn't furnished, so you'd need to get a bed frame/mattress/desk/dresser and whatever else needed for your room and bathroom. But we have a couch and kitchen stuff covered between the two of us so no need to worry about anything other than what you need to bring for yourself!

My name is Jess, next year I will be a junior in Psychological Sciences and our other roommate Ella will be a Junior in Meteorology. We both love plants and collect vinyl records (and we're always playing music in the living room so if you can't get down with that then maybe this isn't for you). Service/Emotional Support animals are welcome!

Also, disclaimer: the reason we are looking for a third roommate is because our original third roommate we signed the lease with is doing a Fall study abroad program. So this sublet can under no circumstances be renewed for the spring. This is perfect for a senior graduating in the fall or a student doing a spring study abroad! Please inquire, we'd love to meet you!
