The Office

I am looking to sublet my 2x1 apartment this summer! Due to some unique circumstances, Muinzer has informed me that the vacant bedroom will remain unoccupied, therefore the sublease will guarantee a private apartment for the summer, with the room for... rent being the larger of the two for an incredible price, that is hard to beat these days. The Office is one of the best places I have lived, a quick walk to campus, central to the nightlife, and right next to several restaurants and grocers. With the added security of being above the Muinzer office, it is an extremely safe place to be, with quiet friendly neighbors and a wonderful maintenance team. There is also optional parking that will guarantee a safe space to park. The apartment has a vintage, cozy feel with a full kitchen and gas stove, connected to a spacious living area with a built in entertainment counsel. Bedroom B, the bedroom you will be living in, is one of the largest I have lived in throughout my time renting at Purdue, complete with a double closet, and fully openable windows for nice summer breezes. The bathroom is quaint and vintage feeling with several mirrors and a walk in shower, and easily accessible water heater. Truly one of the best apartments I have had the joy to live in this year, and under such unique circumstances, this is truly a deal you cannot beat.
