The Lodge on the Trail

This is a 3-bedroom apartment for rent for the upcoming Spring and Summer 2026 semesters.

All three current tenants will be graduating from Purdue this December and moving out shortly after, so full roommate matching should be available.

The unit... is quite nice, with granite countertops, an updated kitchen, in-unit laundry, and a flatscreen TV. It also comes fully furnished (without the decorations of course), including bed frames, mattresses, dressers, couches, tables, and chairs. Parking is also free (although you do have to pay extra for the covered spots). Utilities are not included, and usually cost about $80 per month, with variance depending mostly on electricity usage. Our particular unit has a mirrored Nevada-PREM floorplan.

The apartment complex has a central clubhouse complete with a game room, gym, indoor tanning bed, and outdoor pool. In addition to this, there is also a basketball court, beach volleyball court, and pickleball courts all located on the property.

The apartment is a 5-10 minute drive from the Purdue Campus, or a 10-15 minute bike ride, whichever you choose. The bike ride can be done entirely on bike/walking trails, which run through the celery bog nature park located just behind the property. If you don't have a car or a bike, there is also a bus/shuttle service to campus. Lastly, the apartment is located right next to the Walmart on Sagamore and Cumberland, so grocery shopping is very convenient.
