The Landing Apartments, Studio near campus

I'm looking to transfer my lease to someone for August 2026 - May 2027. It's a studio apartment at The Landing (previously Wabash Landing). Since it's a lease transfer, you get my renewal price ($1556) which is lower than the usual price for studios... on their website (~$1700). Also because it's a lease transfer, the lease ends in May when usually their leases end in July I believe.

Note! The Landing is doing a limited time deal on rent, so this apartment (on a 12 month lease, Aug-July) would be $1438. But hurry! This price may not be available by the time you reach out.

I really enjoyed living here! The building is quiet and located close to campus and downtown Lafayette. There's also a bus stop right outside and a parking garage. Management and maintenance are very helpful and quick to respond. My specific unit gets lots of light (great for plants and humans) and has a nice view of a pedestrian walkway, lots of sky, etc.

The building also includes a fitness room with plenty of equipment, secure mailboxes for packages and letters, a small study area with a printer, nice outdoor areas, and a rooftop area, also with a great view.
