The Ivy Towns + Flats

Sublease (English version)

Dates:** Around **Jan 10 → July 2026** (flexible, renewal possible)
Room for sublease: ONLY 1B1B my room but entire unit is 2B2.5B
Rent: **$865/month** 💰
**Female only** ❗️

I’ve been at Purdue for **4.5+ years** and...
lived in basically every apartment around. Hand on heart, this one is **the best overall**—vibes, management, amenities, transportation, maintenance speed, pet-friendly, everything. If I could, I’d 100% stay 🥲
This is the *only* office that genuinely takes care of residents. They even **upgraded our unit for free for a whole year** while fixing issues.

**Walkable distance to:**

* The only two big parks near Purdue (brand new, lakes just dug) + wetlands, lakes, forest trails
*Walmart (literally across the street)
* Starbucks (opened a few months ago—my lucky spot, always got offers after interviews)
* 1NY Cake(the only actually good bread)
* Popeyes (ghost pepper chicken 🔥)
* Culver’s(cod sandwich = GOAT)
* Thai Essence (best Thai food in town, no competition)
* Pizza Uncommon(best wood-fired pizza in town, same deal)
* Panda Express
* Panera Bread

**5-minute drive if you have a car:**

* **Kimchi**
* **Gaza**
* **Pocha** (top 3 Korean spots in town + next to a Korean grocery)
* **Meijer** (Walmart but upgraded)

**Address:** **Ivy Town Flats**
