Summer Sublets in Shared Lafayette House (2 individual rooms)

Room B ($650):
Dimensions are approx. 11' x 10'. Shares a bathroom with 1 other person (male). The room will be available to sublet starting June 6th or starting August 1st for a 12 month lease.

Room C ($725):
Dimensions are approx. 17' x 12'.... Private bathroom. The room will be available to sublet starting June 10th or starting August 1st for a 12 month lease.

The House:
Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath house less than a 10 minute drive from campus. Location qualifies for on campus parking. The house has a large living room, sun room, office, fenced backyard, vegetable garden, and unfinished basement with washer and dryer. We have a security system, solar electricity, and a bus stop less than a minute walk away.

The Pricing:
$650 per month for Room B, $725 per month for Room C., utilities are included in the rent. For an extra $15 per month the room will be furnished with a twin sized bed and desk. There is extra basement storage available for $10 per month. $25 application fee so we can run a background check.
