Spring 2026 Lease Takeover - University Crossing 1br/1ba, close to Payless and 42 bus
I am looking for someone to take over my lease for this spacious 1 bedroom unit in University Crossing. The takeover begins in January (will set a specific date with the property manager) and the lease ends 07/31/2026. Not eligible for renewal. The... base rent is $900, but I’m offering to take $400 off per month. There is an additional $35 for internet and $45 for water/sewer/trash; tenant is responsible for electricity and natural gas.
