House:
Spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath house less than a 10 minute drive from campus. Location qualifies for on campus parking. The house has a large living room, sun room, office, fenced backyard, and unfinished basement with washer and dryer. There is a... security system, solar electricity, and a bus stop less than a minute walk away.

Room C:
Available to sublet June 9 - July 31
Available for 12 month lease August 1 - July 31
Approximately 17' x 12' with a private bathroom.

Pricing:
Utilities are included in the rent. For an extra $15 per month the room will be furnished with a bed and desk. There is extra basement storage available for $10 per month. We charge a $25 application fee to run a background check.

2025 Purdue graduate and husband who lived in this house while studying at Purdue.
