RedPoint Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I'm looking for someone to take on my lease in January 2027 at RedPoint apartments. This lease can be up for renewal. Then of this lease is July 22, 2027. There is one other person living here who is male, but there are two separate bedrooms each... with a private bathroom. This apartment reminds me of a mini townhome which is really nice. There's in unit laundry, a half bathroom, balcony, and dining room and kitchen on the first floor. Upstairs has storage spaces and the bedrooms. My room I'm currently in has a decent sized closet and a private bathroom that has it's own closet. This unit is also on the second floor of the apartment. This is a really nice place that is about 10 or so minutes away from Purdue! It has its own bus system that goes to Purdue for free through their bus pass from RedPoint. This pass also allows you to stop by Lark and Alight Apartments! If the bus is not for you, there is also free parking. I just had to register with the front office and was able to park anywhere in the parking lot for free. The RedPoint office building has a gym and a space where you can sit and study. There is an outdoor area right outside of the office that has seating areas and even a grilling area with hammocks. It's honestly a really great place for a decent price! Read More
