Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a fully furnished, completely private studio on 2400 Northwestern Ave in West Lafayette. No roommates and no shared... living spaces.

I’m finishing my postdoc at Purdue earlier than expected due to personal circumstances, including the recent earthquake in Colombia, and will be moving before the end of my lease. I’m therefore offering several incentives to make the transfer as easy and affordable as possible.

One of the things I really like about the apartment is that the main utilities are covered by a fixed $105 monthly charge, so your electric/heating utility portion does not suddenly increase during the winter months.
