Hi! I am looking for two female roommates for the Fall 2027 - Spring 2028 year. I am currently paying $695, so your rent would be approximately the same, maybe a little bit more, but I'm not entirely sure. A little about the apartment: It's a... 5-minute walk to the PMU, there are 4 rooms total and 2 bathrooms, and my current roommates, who will be graduating next year, are willing to sell some of their furniture. Location:

• 5-minute walk from PMU, 7-minute walk from WALC, and the main campus.

• At the beginning of the Chauncey area, all food options, such as Panda, Mango Mango, etc., are nearby.

Apartment:

Living room:

• TV

• TV Stand

• Futon

• Coffee Table

• 2 Additional chairs

Dining area:

• 4-person dining room table with chairs

Kitchen:

• Everything included, such as Fridge, Microwave, Stove, etc.

• We did bring our own utensils and pans, so feel free to bring yours as well!
