Empty-Nester Large Home for Grad Students (furnished, lots of amenities)

My wife and I have a massive home, nearly 3600 sq. ft. (finished), and 3500 sq. ft. (unfinished basement, which serves as a game room, art studio, full music/audio recording studio, has a full bar, and also storage). Our home is very well kept, and... we have three rooms available for incoming graduate students (we may consider undergrads, but you'll have to be a very very good fit for our home).

Here is the Zillow Listing (do not just show up, you must contact us with your interest first, and we will schedule a time for you to come view the home): [web address removed]

Room 1 ($1000/mo): Standalone 240sqft (private bedroom space, not including walk-in closet, and en-suite private bathroom w/ shower), and a private mini fridge & internet connected TV, fully furnished.

Rooms 2/3 ($900/mo): Jack & Jill style rooms with a connected full bath (locks on both sides for privacy), each bedroom has its on walk-in closet. Each room is fully furnished, has a private mini fridge, and internet connected TV.

Monthly prices above cover all utilities, including gigabit internet (fastest available), one month's rent as a deposit is required, along with three references (1-family, 1-friend, 1-professional), and we require an in-person interview and tour of the living arrangements before any rental agreements will be offered. We will start in-person interview scheduling for mid-July.

Shared on-site laundry (for all roommates to use, wife and I have a private laundry).

Large open floor plan, with plenty of distance between rooms for a sense of privacy and quiet/calm. Huge gourmet French-style kitchen. You'll be given your own dedicated set of shelves in the pantry, and a section of the standalone freezer for yourself as well. Shared, 6 person hot tub available (you have to follow the house rules for cleanliness), access to all cooking utensils and devices. Daylight/Weekend evening hours availability to: Music Studio, Gameroom, and Art Studio (drawing, painting, ceramics, throwing wheel, and kiln). Large cozy sofas & 65" OLED smart TV in living room (1st come 1st served).

Our home is 7 miles away (15 minute drive or 40minute non-assisted bike ride) from Harry's Chocolate Shop (almost due south from our home).

We will host a family-style brunch every Sunday at 1130am for all roommates + 1 optional friend.

Friends/Guests/Family are welcome into the home M-F 8am-8pm, and weekends 8am-10pm.

About Us:

I am an incoming grad student working on my M.S. in A.I.
My wife, Katrina, and I have been married for 25 years, we have two adult children.
Son, Christopher (29), lives in Portland, OR and is a professional musician. Daughter, Alleesha (25), still lives at home and is saving to move out on her own.
We have two small dogs, Milo (Chijuajua Terrier mix), and Leia (Australian Cattle Dog).

I work from home full-time for PayPal as a Sr. Product Manager of AI & Dev Tools, and my wife and daughter both have full-time jobs (at various locations/hours).

We moved back to Indiana in Feb 2021, after living in San Francisco Bay area for nearly a decade, when the Rona-Virus Pandemic hit, so we could be close to our elderly family in Indiana (before they passed away, as my wife lost her father in March 2020, and we didn't want to lose anyone else). We have this huge house, and all these rooms sitting empty, so we decided let's see if we can help with some affordable housing (and bring a little life back into our home...feels empty).
