We have safe quiet rooms for rent in the country close to Purdue University! We are a 10 minute drive to Purdue University!! We have a beautiful home in the country with a 1 acre yard close to the Wabash River. We have an upstairs room available... that is 120 sq ft. The upstairs full bathroom has a shower/bathtub and is dedicated to the tenant. We have high speed internet, a ROKU smart tv in the room , use of washer/dryer, use of kitchen. Sometimes my wife cooks a big meal and we all have a big home cooked meal !we enjoy getting to know our tenants and they become part of our family . We have central A/C, a refrigerator for tenants , plenty of free safe free parking out side cameras for security, tenant will have their own code the enter the back door. Our home and property are smoke free and drug and alcohol free. We have 2 dachshund dash hounds and a cat , animals are not allowed upstairs and no other animals are allowed.
