I'm a Purdue professor that will be on sabbatical from July 2025 through the end of May 2026. We live in a beautiful spot on the prettiest section of Hills and Dales, walking distance from Purdue. It's quiet, safe, and family friendly, and walking... distance to the West Lafayette schools. The house gets lots of sunlight, has a lush, beautiful backyard with a gazebo, and plenty of space to work and relax, including a brand new finished basement with a tv room and a workout room (including a Peloton). The house has been thoroughly updated and freshly painted, and has a beautiful working fireplace. Truly a gem! House cleaning and lawn care included. This listing is ideal for visiting faculty, post-docs, and graduate students who are looking for a furnished house for the academic year, starting as soon as early July and through the end of May 2026.

The first floor includes a huge kitchen and dining area, a living room with a working fireplace, pantry, laundry room, study, main bedroom, walk-in closet, bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower, and a 1/2 bath. The second floor has four bedrooms (one of which is set up to be a beautiful sunny office with a comfortable sleeper sofa, a huge walk in closet, and an en suite bathroom), a second bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub and shower, and hardwood floors throughout. We may close up one of the bedrooms for storage purposes.
