Barrington West

I’m looking to sublease my lease for the following year!

They’re offering a new discounted internet package which includes 1GB speeds with streamlined installation. Price would be about $60 a month for the whole unit (or $30 per person).

There is... currently another roommate who is also looking to get out of her half of the lease as well. If you have someone you’d like to move in with, let me know and I’d be happy to arrange to have both rooms sublet.

There is a reconditioning fee ($299) which I’m willing to pay for, all I ask for is the $249 administration fee to be covered!

The bathroom is attached to the bedroom that I’m looking to sublet (through a door on the back side of the closet)! Both rooms come with walk in closets and there’s storage space in the apartment as well.

There’s also a $69 application fee, which I’m willing to pay for half of as well.
