My name is Joseph, and I'm looking for an exchange student roommate to live with me. This is a room for rent, so it's like an apartment with a shared kitchen, or a hotel without the housekeeping (check out the amenities below). This is functionally the same as most sublets/subleases, where people typically sublease out a bedroom while they pay to lease the whole house.
This is 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 for student co-living in West Lafayette. Unlike the crumbling 60-year-old houses common in the area (yes, built in 1960s!), this one is modern (2014), loaded with amenities, and just steps from campus.

☑️🚗 5-10 min drive to any Purdue parking garage (Northwestern - 5 min, Grant - 7 min, University Street - 8 min, Harrison - 10 min)
☑️🚌 21 (Purdue West / McCormick Road) direct bus line that goes both to campus and Walmart. 𝗕𝘂𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗱 (all routes)! Last year, I got groceries from Walmart and commuted by electric scooter & bus.

The spacious, unfenced backyard offers direct access to the 21 bus stop; just leave out the back door to go campus or Walmart! One garage space in the 2-car garage is reserved for you.
