Alight, lease transfer for the year

I'm looking for someone to replace me in my lease in a 4 bed 4 bath unit in Alight. The roommates are 3 other men. I would be terminating my lease with you signing one for the same room. There is a termination fee I'll be paying, and I'd greatly... appreciate being able to split it, but it's not necessary for you to do that. That fee in total is $500, so please let me know if you'd be willing to pay up to 250. If you reach out by phone, please text instead of call.
