Alight Apartments (Sublet / Shared Housing)

I’m subleasing Room A (private bedroom with attached bathroom) in a fully furnished 3B/3B apartment at Alight West Lafayette from June 1 to July 25, 2026 (preferred dates, as I move out mid-May). The apartment is about 3.5 miles from Purdue’s campus... (roughly a 10-minute drive). The unit includes a full kitchen (fridge, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher), in-unit washer and dryer, furnished living area with TV, private patio, and all safety features. The room comes fully furnished with a bed and frame, wardrobe, personal shelf, study table and chair, and installed light and fan. Two male roommates currently occupy the other rooms and are also considering moving out in May 2026 and letting a summer sublease so if you and a couple of your friends are looking for an apartment this would be a great option.

The community offers a gym, swimming pool, indoor basketball court, sand volleyball court, BBQ grills, computer lab, study spaces, free parking, and high-speed internet. There is a bus stop right in front of the community, making summer commuting easy via the Walmart route (Bus 23), and the Alight shuttle (Bus 51E) runs during Fall and Spring. The apartment is close to Walmart, Meijer, multiple eateries, and Purdue Research Park.

Rent is $699/month for June and July, with electricity and water billed separately. The lease ends on July 25, 2026. I will not be renewing, but the subtenant can extend into the next academic year by signing a separate lease directly with Alight at the market rate at the time of signing, while still paying my current rate for June and July.
