House is located northeast of campus at the intersection of Vine and Sunset St. It is a 12-minute walk to the Engineering buildings and 4 minutes by bike.
$550/month per room (all utilities included) is a special rate for the Spring and Summer 2026... semesters (through July 31, 2026).
Starting August 1, 2026: $700/month per room with all utilities paid. The lease is for one year. Quiet academic household. Academic tenant discount available (graduate students, postdocs, visiting scholars welcome).
Fully furnished bedroom (bathroom is shared with one other person) in a house located in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood within walking distance to Purdue (only a 10-minute walk to campus) and near the bus route. Street parking is available.
I live in the house so I am easily available if needed. I have been renting to Purdue students for almost 30 years.
