The house is a 12–15 minute walk to the Engineering buildings and 4 minutes by bike. Rooms are available both in a 2-bedroom basement apartment within the house and on the main floor. The rooms are fully furnished, and the bathroom is shared with one... other person. The house is located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to Purdue and near the bus route. Street parking is available.

$550/month per room (all utilities included) is a special rate for the Spring and Summer 2026 semesters (through July 31, 2026).

$700/month per room (all utilities included) – starting August 1, 2026. The lease is for one year. Quiet academic household suited for serious study and research. Academic tenant discount available (graduate students, postdocs, and visiting scholars welcome).

The room is only reserved once the lease is signed and payment is received. Monthly rent reductions, installment plans, or delayed payments are not offered. Lease signing for the 2026-27 requires $2100 payment (deposit first and last month's rent). Lease signing for the Spring/Summer requires $1100 payment (deposit and last month's rent).
