The house is located in a safe, beautiful, quiet, residential neighborhood within walking distance to Purdue University (12–15 minutes to the Engineering Mall, about 4 minutes by bike) and one block from the bus route. This is a quiet academic house... well suited for the studious student.

Rooms are fully furnished and available both on the main floor and in a two-bedroom basement apartment within the house.

Fall 2026: Rent is $725 per month per room (all utilities included) with a one-year lease.

Spring/Summer: Rent is $550 per month per room (all utilities included) as a special rate March 22- July 31, 2026. Short-term leases are available.

I own and live in the house and have rented to Purdue students for nearly 30 years. Please email for additional photos, more information, and to schedule a Zoom meeting so we can get to know each other better and I can show you a walk-through video.

International students are welcomed, but will need to have their visa before a lease can be finalized.
