I am subletting my room at 527 N Grant St. for the summer. The location is just off of campus and super convenient to walk/bike from. The room came unfurnished but I would be willing to leave my mattress frame and desk as I am moving back into the... room next academic year. The items in the kitchen and common area by the entrance will likely be cleared out when the semester ends. There is a laundry unit in the neighboring building. The machines operate on quarters. Please reach out if you're interested and rent is negotiable.
