I have leased this house and I am looking for a roommate. I am happy to furnish the house with furniture with the exception to the bedroom that is available. I have an excellent relationship with the owners which is always a plus. This is a... subletting situation at the request of the owner since their agent doesn't do split leases. It is a very nice house with hardwood floors in a quiet neighborhood in Lafayette. It is 3 miles from campus so having a vehicle would be good or the bus stop is a 4 minute walk. The minimum is a 12 month lease but I would prefer someone to room with for 2 years which is how long I expect my masters program to take.
