The fees listed below are community-provided and may exclude utilities or add-ons. All payments are made directly to the property and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
FOR SHOWINGS: Welcome to our self-showing system! When scheduling a showing, you will be asked for basic information and a copy of your government ID. This is kept confidential and is only for validating those entering the property and will be deleted once property is rented. You can not see the property without this step. GENERAL INFO: This may be long but we want to give you as much info as we can - read to the end! Anyone over 18 planning to live in the home must submit an application. Application fee is $75. SD is at least one month's rent and may vary based upon background/credit check. Pets allowed but must be registered & approved through - this is part of the application process. $350 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. Monthly pet fee, per pet, will range from $35-$75 based on pet screening results. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Utility fee of $75 added to rent for water. This is assessed quarterly for alignment with usage. Security deposit, pet deposits, 1 full month's rent, proof of renters insurance & utilities in resident name all required prior to move in. If this is a duplex, tenants will be charged $45/month to cover annual lawn care expenses - No Grass Mowing for you!!. Applications are reviewed M-F during business hours only. All leases are for a 12-month period. Please remove shoes or wear booties if provided at entrance. **This new construction property may have some cosmetic differences from the pictures shown.
RESIDENT BENEFITS: At Richfield Property Management, we strive to provide an experience that is cost-effective and convenient. That's why we provide a Resident Benefits Package (RBP) to address common headaches for our residents. Our program handles insurance, identity protection, pest control, air filter delivery, credit building, and rent rewards at a rate of $55.00/month, added to every property as a required program. More details upon application.
*If you provide your own insurance policy, the RBP cost will be reduced by the amount of the insurance premium billed by Second Nature Insurance Services (NPN No. 20224621). Proof of your own insurance required.
