1920's Art Deco House
This house is furnished in Art Deco style. Velvet couches, original white oak hardwood flooring, hand painted decor, antiques, minibar, board games, books, Roku, projector and projector screen. The house brings a unique atmosphere that you will not... experience in any other house in town. The property includes a Baby Grand Piano for people who either play the piano or are interested in learning. The house also includes an easel for those that enjoying painting.
The house has a total of three bedrooms, 2 of which are available. The host and owner of the house vacates one of these rooms. The cost of renting a room is $950 (all utilities included). This includes one shared bathroom with shower and tub. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooking, oven, stove, microwave and food processor. Tenants are not required to bring kitchenware.
Each bedroom comes with a queen-sized bed with mattress, sheets, pillows, etc.
My cat lives in the house with me and I do not accept additional pets. I clean the house regularly, so you are only required to clean your rooms and bathroom/kitchen after use, so there is very little maintenance on your end. I don't mind vaping in the house, but second-hand smoke is prohibited.
