1 Room for Rent in 3 Bedroom Home, Walkable to Campus (Shared Housing)

This listing is for the 3rd room in a 3 bedroom home currently housing two women in the DVM program at the vet school. We are looking for a Female roommate. Morris rentals is the rental company who owns this property but this listing is by the... current occupants. The room is upstairs and shares a bathroom with the other upstairs bedroom. There is a decent sized living room, a large laundry room, a small kitchen, and a "dining room" so small it more closely resembles a wide hallway which connects the kitchen to the living room. Free parking is included. We are both fairly clean individuals and have a rotating cleaning schedule for the common spaces and the shared bathroom. Exact rules or boundaries, including any you have, for the common spaces can be discussed if you decide to stay with us. We like to watch movies, do crafts, throw small get togethers, and sit on the couch or the kitchen floor and yap. There is one cat in the house currently. He loves other cats and would probably do fine with a dog. Small mammals are in danger from him! : (
