Hello, me and my friend are looking to sublease our bedrooms in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Village West. The rent of each bedroom is $880 per month which includes utilities. (The current price is $770 for rent, $115 for utilities, and $15... for insurance which equals $900 per month. That’s $20 in savings per month.) The apartment complex provides their own shuttle to Purdue University, and both rooms are in the same apartment which is perfect for 2 people looking to room together. The lease is a 12 month contract for the 2025-26 school year. We prefer 2 people looking to room together, but we will also accept individual offers.
