Hi! We are two male grad students looking to fill a third bedroom in our duplex near Lark Apartments. The unit has three upstairs bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and large walk-in closet. There is also a laundry room upstairs with a washer and... dryer. Downstairs there is a living room, which we have furnished, a kitchen with a dishwasher, and another half-bathroom. There is also a small back patio and a 3-car garage. If you don't have a car, CityBus Route 10 has a stop which is a 10-15 minute walk away, or you can purchase a monthly pass for the 21A, which is about a 5 minute walk away.
The lease is joint and rent is currently $2000/month, so we split it evenly at $667/person/month. For utilities, we also have to pay gas, electric, water, and internet, which usually adds up to somewhere around $100-120/person/month (so a total of around $775/month). We are both pretty busy with grad school, so we like to keep it pretty quiet around the house.
***I do have a large dog. He is very friendly to people, but if you are allergic, have other pets, or don't like dogs then this is probably not the place for you.***
We are ideally looking for another quiet grad student to be the third roommate, so please let us know if you think you would be a good fit!
