I am studying abroad and looking for someone (female preferred!) to take over my lease at the Cottages on Lindberg. APRIL IS ALREADY COVERED!!

Full Details:

The total monthly payment (including rent, sewage, and internet) is $866 a month. Other utilities are charged separately (amount can vary but not very expensive and is split four ways). There are currently no pets in the unit, but pets are allowed for an extra fee!

The lease is for a very spacious bedroom and attached private bathroom (1bd/1bath) in a 4bed/4.5bath duplex (I have included some images of the duplex and individual room above). The bedroom comes fully furnished with a full xl mattress and bed frame, desk, spacious closet, and dresser. The bathroom is a full bath with a toilet, sink and under-the-sink storage, and a tub/shower. There are two windows that provide a lot of much needed sunlight (especially when studying!)

The unit comes equipped with an in-unit washer and dryer. The AC system is excellent as well. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen which also comes with four barstools and a table. The living room is spacious with a couch and coffee table. There is also an additional half-bath on the main floor.

As for amenities, there are quite a few :) There is a 24/7 clubhouse (only accessible to residents via key fob after 5 pm) which includes ping-pong tables, billiards, gym, lounge, study room, mail room, mini kitchen, pool, and grill area. Management is extremely friendly and hosts events often. Maintenance is very efficient.

One of my personal favorite features of the complex is access to a private bus route. Only residents of the Cottages on Lindberg and neighboring Station 21 and Village West are allowed to ride a bus that comes directly to the complex and has four stops across campus. There is also another off-campus route nearby that can take you farther towards Walmart and other locations in West Lafayette.

If you prefer to drive, parking is abundant and usually a one-time $50 flat fee but since I have already paid for this I will give you my pass!!

Just an 8 minute walk away is the beautiful Celery Bog nature park which in the Spring is such an amazing place to go to dewind and take a break from studying.

I currently have three other roommates, who are all girls. They are quiet, very respectful and friendly and communicative.
