Hi. I have a place and I’m looking for a female roommate to join me in Churchwoods apartment starting in Spring 2026; you can move in by December 2025. Rent is 725/month plus utilities except electricity. The average electricity is 60$ in one... apartment. 10 mins car ride to Campus, bus 14 every 15mins.

I’m flexible with you staying for just the Spring semester if you are graduating soon.
