Security deposit, pet deposits, 1 full month's rent, proof of renters insurance & utilities in resident name all required prior to move in. Tenants will pay $45/month to cover annual lawn care expenses - no more grass cuttng required!! Basic ring-style doorbell provided - you pay extra for any monitoring if desired. Applications are reviewed M-F during business hours only. All leases are for a 14-month period.
