Looking for a welcoming, convenient place close to Purdue? I have three private bedrooms available in my 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house, just 8 minutes from campus and 5 minutes from downtown Lafayette.

Lease Options:
-Spring 2026 (~Jan–June/July... 2026): $725/month + shared utilities.
-Full Year 2026–27 (Aug ’26 – July 31, ’27): $725/month + utilities.
-Academic Year 2026–27 (Aug ’26 – May ’27): $810/month + utilities.
-Furnishing available upon request for +$25/month.

About the House:
-Location: 8–10 min drive to Purdue, 4–5 min to downtown Lafayette.
-Bedrooms:
----Room #1: 11′×10′, en-law suite with ceiling fan, connects to bathroom.
----Room #2: 11′×10′, adjustable studio lighting.
----Room #3: 13 x 12', not available until Aug '26.
-Bathrooms: Shared with 1–2 roommates (I use a separate bathroom).
-Parking: Carport + carpark in driveway (4+ spaces).
-Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, air fryer, crock pot, food dehydrator, cookware), large living room (sofa, recliner, 70″ 4K TV), laundry included, and spacious yard.
-Pets: No additional pets (service animals permitted with documentation).
-Smoking: Outside only. Smokeless products are allowed inside the home.

I’m a Purdue Chemistry PhD student working on therapeutics for treating chronic pain. I enjoy archery, hunting, woodworking, video games, and music.
